  1. HI. I don’t know the best way to reach you, so this is it.

I’m part of NRG 948. I’m wondering if we can have an additional booth at the competition for Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts of Western Washington is an official partner with FIRST, especially in the Girls FIRST Initiative. We can have our outreach robot there to interact with the girls. GSWW has new badges out this year in robots and mechanical engineering that we can showcase and should have 25 teams competing in FLL this year. I’m going to see if a FLL team will help man it also.

    • Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you guys can have a stand at Girls’ Generation! Thank you so much for your interest in our youth. We will send you more information about it later on when to set up and all of that stuff.

      Thank you!

      • HI. Thanks for letting us do a booth. We are doing a lot with Women and STEM this year. I’ll be waiting for your set-up info.
        Thanks,
        Angela

      • HI Ryleigh. I haven’t heard yet if I’m still good to go on having a girls and STEM and Girls FIRST Initiative info booth next weekend at Girls’ Gen.
        Thanks,
        Angela

        • Hello,

I am so sorry that I forgot to message you back! Please feel free to bring whatever you need on the setup night this Friday and you can get set up. Just come into the main gym and ask for Ryleigh and I’ll show you somewhere to put your display.

Thank you and sorry for the late reply,
          Ryleigh Weston

  2. Hi! I am the logistical operations lead for 1983 and we are trying to complete our paperwork to get approval to attend the event and are in need of a more complete event itinerary. Where might I find an outline for the days plan, something listing the time the doors open, when lunch will be, rough estimates on ending time, etc.?
